Banana Bread Cold Brew

Made with Beatrix Coffee Roasters‘ signature canned cold brew, creamy homemade banana milk, a splash of hazelnut syrup, and a hint of cinnamon, make this for a fun and delicious update to your daily coffee ritual, or whenever you need a little pick-me-up!
Banana Bread Cold Brew
You'll go bananas for this sweet sip
Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients:
BANANA BREAD COLD BREW
1 cup Beatrix Coffee Roasters canned cold brew
¼ cup banana milk (see sub-recipe)
1 Tbsp. Monin Hazelnut Syrup
cinnamon, two shakes
ice
BANANA MILK*
2 ripe bananas
1½ cups oat milk of choice
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. granulated sugar
Method:
FOR BANANA MILK*:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
2. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate until use.
*Note: This recipe prepares 2-3 servings of banana milk. Refrigerate remaining banana milk in a sealed container for up to one day.
FOR BANANA BREAD COLD BREW:
1. Add hazelnut syrup and cinnamon to a pint glass.
2. Pour cold brew over syrup mixture and stir.
3. Add banana milk and as much ice as desired. Gently stir until banana milk and cold brew mixture are combined and chilled throughout.
4. Garnish with additional cinnamon to taste.
